Cancellation Policy

All bookings can only be modified or cancelled via direct communication with the reservation department. Please, check our late cancellation policy below in case you'd like to be informed of the relevant charged.

Late Cancellation Penalty

If cancelled up to 15 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled 14 - 6 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged.
If cancelled 6 - 1 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged. On July & August the charge increases to 75%
In case of No-Show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
